Kim Lee Carlson

Kim Lee Carlson, 46, of Ashwaubenon went to be with her Savior on May 21, 2013. She was born on September 5, 1966 in Manitowoc to Bonita Burdick (Ed Burdick) and Jim Demmin (Beverly Demmin). She attended Mishicot High School, graduated from Silver Lake College with both her Bachelors and Master's Degree in Music Education with a strong emphasis on Kodaly. Kim was a music teacher for the Ashwaubenon School District at Valley View and Cormier Schools for 20 plus years putting smiles on her student's faces and helping them to gain a love for music. Her number one priority was her kids and making sure they had anything they needed and all the love and support through all their achievements and activities, making sure they were successful. Kim was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church where she was Choir Director and member of the Bethel Bible Babes. She was preceded in death by her grandma, Jannet Dworak; grandparents, Reuben and Eunice Demmin; uncle, Keith Retzlaff along with other loved ones. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 25, at Bethel Lutheran Church, 1350 Bond Street, from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Amy Engebose officiating.
