Betty Mae Bartell

Betty Mae Bartell, age 85, of Green Bay, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2013. She was born in Green Bay on February 28, 1928, daughter of the late, Arthur and Evelyn (Nolan) Olmsted. In 1947, Betty was united in marriage to Edward J. Bartell. Betty loved most being with her family and lending a helping hand with her grandchildren and just enjoying her great-grandchildren. She was a member of the American Legion Aux., the Concerned Hearts Club, Bellin Cardiac Rehab. and was a volunteer at the Critical Care desk at Bellin for many years. Betty is survived by five children; Susan Anderson, Brian Bartell, Brenda (Michael) Hermes, Laure Ponce, Cindy (Richard) Dennis and a daughter in law; Darlene Bartell Oudeans. She is further survived by 16 grandchildren; Adam (Andrea) Anderson, Kevin (Sarah) Anderson, Greg (fiancé Katie) Bartell, Scott and Rachel Bartell, Curtis Bartell, Tony Bley, Abby Bley, Heather (Sean) Leonard, Jake (partner Renee) Hermes, Courtney (partner Brendan) Hermes, Marty (Dana) Ponce, Angela (fiancé Jake Heim) Ponce, Pilar and Alex Ponce, James (Sarah) Dennis, 13 great-grandchildren and a special sister in law; Joyce Olmsted.
