Penelope J. "Penny" Beckers, Age 42 of Collegeville PA, died unexpectedly Saturday May 25, 2013 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Wynnewood, PA, she was the daughter of Christopher D. and Joyce (nee Pixton) Addison of East Fallowfield Twp. She was a Voice Teacher for Villa Maria Academy High School in Malvern for the past eight years. Penny was a member of the West Chester University School of Music Alumni, The Miles River Yacht Club of St. Michaels, MD where she was part of the Jr. Sailing Program as the Perpetual Parent of the Day & POD Coordinator, Arcola Middle School Musical Costume Director, The Firebird Theater Children's Theater Workshop Music Coach in Phoenixville and the Friendship Fire Company Dive Rescue, Relief Committee Representative in Phoenixville. She was a Founding Member of Penny's "Sisters of My Heart" and a Motivational Facebook Status Updater. Penny was the First Chair Soprano of the choir in the hearts of her family and friends.
