Christine M. Dillenburg, age 61, of Green Bay, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Kenosha on February 14, 1952, daughter of the late Karl and Lorraine (Berg) Sieger. On March 2, 1974, Chris was united in marriage to Ken Dillenburg in Appleton. Chris and Ken were fortunate to have lived in many different cities within the state due to Ken's career. She attended St. Joseph's Academy in Kenosha and graduated from Xavier Catholic High School in Appleton. Chris was an avid gardener with Willie the cat by her side and enjoyed working for Gibson/American Greetings. She was an excellent cook and a very handy lady. Chris had a way of turning the ordinary into something extraordinary. She is survived by her loving husband; Ken, a daughter; Barb (Kevin) Dillenburg, two sons; Tony (Megan), and Shawn (Gwynn) Dillenburg, three beautiful grand children; Wyatt, Cole and Ella. Chris is further survived by five brothers; Karl (Kathy), David (Judy), Richard (Dorothy), Tim (Sue), Dan (Brenda) and a sister; Fran (Paul) Janke as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will continue on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2771 Oakwood Dr. from 10:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am with Fr. Paul Demuth presiding. The family would like to thank Green Bay Oncology and Unity Hospice for the care they provided Chris. A memorial fund has been established in Chris' name.
