er work for Asley Leen, Peterson and Madson Construction, and Holmen Construction. He also worked as a custodian for eleven years in the Windom School district. In his earlier years Orville played first base on the fast-pitch softball team of Bergen. In his later years he enjoyed the senior center where he played cribbage and pool with many friends. He did lots of carpenter work for many people, including volunteer work at the Cottonwood County Historical Museum as a carpenter and fix-it man. Orville passed away suddenly on Tuesday morning, June 4, 2013 at his home in rural Bergen at the age of 95. Orville is survived by his wife, Lula Leverenz of Windom; his children, Larry Leverenz of Billings, MT; Jane Leverenz of Mankato; Ramona Leverenz of Windom; Beth Bloch and her husband, Todd, of Windom; and daughter-in-law, Jane B. Leverenz of Pine City; four grandchildren, Leva Leverenz, Jozie Rushmeyer, Alicia Estrellado, and Wyatt Bloch; one great-granddaughter, Lyric Leverenz; and one great-grandson, Harrison Estrellado. Also surviving are two sisters, Almyra Hutton of Tucson, AZ and Carolyn Overaas of Jackson; one brother, Lester Leverenz of Minneapolis; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Preceding him in death were his sons, Dan and Todd Leverenz; his parents; one sister, Burnette Leverenz; and two brothers, Jasper and Earl Leverenz. Blessed be the memory of Orville Leverenz.
