Evelyn Mae Loofboro Rasmussen

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on June 3, 2013, at the age of 91. Preceded in death by daughter Kristin Ann Rasmussen, she is survived by her girls, Melissa Rasmussen, Heidi McGill (William), Lesley Blum (Rueben) and Kaaren Butzen (David); her granddaughters, Ashley Schaible (Kyle), Holly Butzen (fiancé John Manderfeld), Abigail Butzen, Haley Blum and Madeline Blum; her favorite grandson, Robert Butzen (Andrea Cooper); and her great-grandson, James Manderfeld. Also survived by her brother, Winston Loofboro (Heidi), and many other beloved relatives and friends. She was an artist, avid reader and will be remembered for her beautiful gardens. A special thank-you to the people at Elizabeth Residence in Bayside and at Horizon Hospice for taking such good care of our mom. A family graveside service will be held Monday, June 10.[more]
