George E. Horrocks II, 63, died suddenly Monday, June 10, at his home in Huntingdon Valley. He was the beloved husband of Trudy (Schwenkler) Horrocks. Born in Cheltenham, he was the son of the late Marie (Jackson) and George Horrocks. George was the Chief Operating Officer and Principle Owner of the Philadelphia Pipe Bending Co, where he worked for over 40 years. George loved the challenge of engineering new projects throughout his career. He was an avid golfer and current member of the Huntingdon Valley Country Club and former member of the Melrose Country Club. George also loved tennis, shooting pool and was once involved in martial arts. George was bigger than life and lived it to the fullest. George is preceded in death by his brothers Craig and Ricky Horrocks, his sister Elaine Krakowski (Edward) and his first wife Rose (nee McLaughlin) Horrocks. He is survived by his brother, David Horrocks (Judy) of Hatfield, as well as many nieces and nephews.
