Arthur Tyler Jr. MUSCATINE, Iowa--Arthur Tyler Jr., 80, of Moscow, died on Saturday, June 8, 2013, at Trinity Muscatine. Memorial Service will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013, at Bentley Funeral Home, Wilton. Memorial visitation will be from 3 until 5 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013, at the funeral home. A memorial has been established in his memory. Art was born December 13, 1932, to Arthur and Goldie Phillips Tyler Sr. in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. He married Eileen R. Hendricks on December 13, 1952, in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Art worked at Oscar Meyer, Davenport, and later worked for Cropmate Services, Wilton. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and cutting wood. Above all, he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife, Eileen Tyler of Moscow; his daughter, Carol Jones and husband, Kevin, of Ames; his son, Larry Tyler and wife, Sue, of Wilton; his daughter-in-law, Kim Tyler of Moscow; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; his sister, Shirley Valerius and husband, Paul, of Princeton; and his brother, Robert Tyler...[more]
