Janis M. Sherron

Janis Sherron, of Port Washington, passed away in the morning hours of Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Horizon Hospice Center in Mequon. She was 62 years old. Jan was born in Milwaukee on July 5, 1951 daughter of Raymond Winter and Dolores Charneski Winter. Jan grew up in the St. Francis area, later moving to northern Ozaukee County. On September 21, 1985 she married Don Sherron in Saukville. Jan was a hair dresser, having many of her own studios throughout her life, including New Wave Hair Design in Grafton. Jan enjoyed nature, gardening, traveling, trips to casinos, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter Braelynn. She is survived by her two daughters Samantha Ritenour and Nicole Ritenour, both of Port Washington. She is further survived by her granddaughter Braelynn Jaccard of Port Washington, her sister Carol Winter of Pin Green, ND her brother-in-law James Anderson of Greendale, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
