Robert R. Wagner MUSCATINE, Iowa -- Robert Roland Wagner, 80, of Muscatine, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at All American Care of Muscatine. Graveside Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at the Cedar Bethel Cemetery with full military rites. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Robert. The Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services is in charge of the arrangements. Robert was born on February 20, 1933, in Columbus Junction, the son of Leo Rollo and Viola Mae Stratton Wagner. Robert served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Robert was united in marriage to Twyla Wells and later divorced, then married Brenda Kelley. Robert worked at Occidental Chemical Company in Buffalo as a maintenance foreman. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, and was an avid St. Louis Cardinal, Dallas Cowboy and Iowa Hawkeye fan.
