Diane Jean (Weber) Porath was born on March 11, 1939, to Archie and Ann (Young) Weber in Mankato, Minnesota. She was baptized and later confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church in Mankato. She received her education from the Mankato Public Schools and graduated from Mankato West High School in 1957.
Throughout her life, Diane lived in Mankato, Mountain Lake, and Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. She kept busy as a homemaker. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Windom where she had been active in the Ladies Circle in her younger years. Diane enjoyed shopping and arranging parties.
She passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, in St. Paul, Minnesota at the age of 74.
She is survived by her son, Douglas Porath of South St. Paul; grandson, McKenna Porath; brother, Ronald "Jim" Weber and his wife, Marilyn, of North Mankato; niece, Pam Fink and her husband, Steve; nephew, Todd Weber and his wife, Debbie; and several other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; and husband, Ronald.
