Allison (Alli) Grace Spencer, age 9 months, of Carlisle, Ohio, died Sunday September 8, 2013 at Atrium Medical Center. Alli was born in Centerville, Ohio at Southview Medical Center on November 14, 2012 to Jason Spencer and (Melynda) Mindy Livengood. Alli is survived by her father Jason Paul Spencer, her mother Mindy Mae Livengood, a big sister Peyton Spencer, Mr. & Mrs. Russell Stevens, Mr. & Mrs. Wayne Livengood, Mr. & Mrs. Dale Spencer, Mr. & Mrs. Timothy Tolosa, Great Grandmothers Zella Morris, Elsie Livengood, aunts and uncles Mr. & Mrs. Raymond Humphrey, Wendy Stevens, Mr. & Mrs. T.J. Livengood, Mr. & Mrs. Chad Spencer, Tori Livengood, Megan Stevens, Scott Stevens and many cousins and family members, and Outreach Daycare, who thought of Alli as their own. Funeral services are 12:00 pm Thursday September 12, 2013 at Baptist Tabernacle 7816 DuBois Road Carlisle, Ohio with Reverend Michael Gray officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
