She was a member of the Business and Professional Women's Group, the secretary of the American Legion Auxiliary, and held several offices in the Order of the Eastern Star for over fifty years. Marion enjoyed baking, especially bread, knitting, taking snapshots, playing cards and loved to go dancing. She enjoyed traveling and felt fortunate to spend the winter time in Arizona and Texas for many years. Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by two children, Brad Klassen and his wife, Janet, of Monticello and Kathy Johnson and her husband, Greg, of Lakefield; six grandchildren, Sarah, Suzy, Josh, Hannah, Randon, and Spencer; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Don Meyer and his wife, Darlene, of Mankato; sister-in-law, Laura "Becky" Meyers of Windom; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John, and brother, Warren "Bud" Meyers. Blessed be the memory of Marion F. Klassen.
