iner, and Legionnaire. Jim was proud to be a Marine and was a lifelong member of the American Legion in Texas. He enjoyed trapshooting, gardening, sprint car races, weightlifting, storytelling, cooking, and traveling, especially to Texas. He loved his black cat and spending time with his grandchildren. Jim will be remembered for his big heart and helping people out whenever they needed him to. He is survived by his wife, Sue Rosenkranz of Bingham Lake; three children, James H. (Kim) Rosenkranz of Lakefield; John E. (Carol Goeman) of Bingham Lake; and Abigail B. Rosenkranz of Palmyra, NY; step-son, Jerry Myers (Janelle) of Windom; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four sisters, Judy (Dennis) Foley of Alamo, TX; Joyce (Richard) Olson of Columbia Heights; Jean Andre of Minneapolis; Jeri (Jim) Swenson of Minneapolis; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Samuel E. Rosenkranz; and one brother, Joel Rosenkranz. Blessed be the memory of James E. "Red" Rosenkranz.
