Eugene Francis Magee

Eugene Francis Magee, 82, passed away peacefully, after a long illness, with his family around him, on Saturday, October 19, 2013. He was predeceased by his parents, Hugh Magee and Ellie Brennan Magee, his sister Margaret O'Grady, his brother William Magee and his daughter Lorraine Magee. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Sally Horter Magee, his daughter Virginia Magee, his son Kenneth Magee (Debbie) and his daughter Marjorie Magee McKenzie (Charles). Also his grandchildren Bradley Magee, Ashley Magee Wolff and her baby daughter Emma, Michelle Magee, Kevin Magee, Andrew Magee, Nicholas Magee, Jeffrey Stone (Melissa) and their daughter Sydney, Matthew Blue, Samantha Blue, and Marlee McKenzie and her daughter Lyla. He was born in Iselin, NJ and lived in the Newark area before moving to Hollywood, FL in 1958. He worked in banking most of his adult life, retiring as a Vice President and Trust Officer with Bank of America in 1994. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. during the Korean War. epose of his soul at Annunciation Church, in West Park on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 11 AM followed by entombment service at Fred Hunter's Memorial Gardens on Taft Street, Hollywood. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice By The Sea in Memory of Eugene Magee.
