Linda Howe IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Linda Mary Foley Howe, 62, of Iowa City, died on Tuesday, October 29, 2013. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 1, 2013, at the First Presbyterian Church in Iowa City, with a reception to follow at the church. Visitation will be held from 10 until 11 a.m. on Friday, November 1, 2013, at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Linda's memory to First Presbyterian Church in Iowa City or Iowa City Hospice. Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service is caring for Linda's family and her services. Linda was born on September 20, 1951, in Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of John Robert and Jean Marie Lewis Foley. Following graduation from Academy of Our Lady High School in 1969, she attended and received her nursing degree from Illinois Central College. For over 20 years she was a nurse and administrator at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, following this she worked with Home Health Organizations both in Illinois and Iowa. Her family includes her husband, Randy Howe; her children, Amy Crusen of Cleveland, Ohio, Rebecca Noel and husband, Paul, of Clermont, Florida, Joanne Bean and husband, Jeremiah, of Indianapolis, Indiana, and John Crusen and wife, Paige, of St. Louis, Missouri; Randy's children, Andrew Howe and wife, Lori, of Waukee, and John Howe and wife, Brandy, of Moline, Illinois; grandchildren, Hayden Bean, Meredith Bean, Jack Noel, Natalie Noel, Lucy Crusen, John Foley Crusen, Adler Howe, Riley Howe, Ragan Howe and Owen Howe; and Linda's sisters, Cindy Foley of Walnut Creek, California, and Patricia Fey of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
