Joshua L. Peterson AMES, Iowa--Joshua L. Peterson, 35, of Ames, formerly of Milan, Illinois, died on Thursday November 7, 2013, due to automobile accident. Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2013, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Milan. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2013, at the funeral home. Memorials may be left to the family. Joshua was born on January 14, 1978, in Fort Knox, Kentucky, the son of Brett L. Peterson and Peggy Hall. He married Meghan Grubbs on October 10, 2007. He had been employed as an electronics technician with Ames Engineering since 2007. Joshua loved spending time with his family, watching the Chicago Bears and was very artistic. He was a United States Air Force Veteran and had also served with the Iowa National Guard.
