Stella St. Clair Phelan SCOTTSDALE, Arizona -- Stella St. Clair Phelan, infant daughter of Rebecca and Mark Phelan of Scottsdale, Arizona, died on November 6, 2013 at Scottsdale Healthcenter in Scottsdale, Arizona. Private graveside funeral services will be held in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in memory to Stella St. Clair Phelan and may be sent in care of Mark and Rebecca Phelan. The Stanley-Dickey Funeral Home, 203 N. Armstrong, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, is in charge of the arrangements Stella is survived by her parents; her paternal grandparents, Bill and Sara Phelan of Muscatine, Iowa; maternal grandparents, Bill and Julie Hensley of Chanute, Kansas; great-grandparents, Virginia Seyb of Muscatine, Iowa, and Duane and Gail Rogers of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; her aunts and uncles, Andy and Audrey Phelan of Antioch, Illinois, and Tyler and Taryne Hensley of Olathe, Kansas; along with her cousins, Libby and Riley Phelan.
