Mitch¹s life is not defined by his war with cancer; however, we would like to offer profound thanks to the dozens of medical professionals who touched his life, fondly named "The Dream Team," and led by Dr. Paul Lemarbe, with his nurse Natalie, Dr. Scott Koss, Ann Wick APNP and also Dr. Arch Pequet, our good friend who was the first to stand by our side and stayed there to the end. Thank you to all of our friends who carried us when it was hard to walk.
