RABUCHIN, DAVID Our beloved father, David Rabuchin, passed away on Dec 6, 2013. Born on October 12 1925 to Russian Jews who immigrated to New York City after WWI, as a child he grew up in the Bronx and worked at his dad's liquor store. After Jean suffered a stroke, Dave left his job to care for her, and for over a year sat at her bedside 10-12 hours a day. Dave was gifted with intelligence, class, common sense, a generous nature and sometimes wicked sense of humor. He had a scholar's passion for history, and was an avid reader of mystery novels. By example, he instilled in his sons the value of devotion to family, scholarly pursuit and the importance of a strong work ethic. The world was a brighter place with Dave Rabuchin in it, and he will be terribly missed by all those who loved him. He is survived by his sister Shirley, his son Brad and his wife Jennifer and their daughter Alexandra, his son Mark, and his son Steve and his wife Janis and their children Sydney, Riley and Brady, and also his extended family Doug and Shelly Boyle and their children Taylor, Abbe and Samantha.
