Robbie P. Wolfe GARY, Texas--Robbie P Wolfe, 76, formerly of Muscatine, Iowa, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013, in Gary, Texas, from a short term illness of ALS. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to ALS Research at 1275 K Street NW, Suite 250, Washington, DC or by going to www.alsa.org/research/. The Cain Funeral Home and Crematorium is in charge of the arrangements. Robbie was born on August 26, 1937, in Blackton, Arkansas, to Roy and Mary Norris. She spent many years as a loving mother, caregiver to others and was an avid gardener and reader. She loved to spend time with her family and friends. She spent the last few years living in Brinkley, Arkansas. Mrs. Wolfe is survived by daughter, Kathy Wolfe Minter and husband, Davis, of Gary, Texas; one brother, Isaac Norris of York, Pennsylvania; very special niece and nephews, Kally Norris, Ben Hopkins, Gene White, Cayce Norris, Mark Norris and their spouses; along with numerous family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Frank Norris; a nephew, Cole Norris; and her husband, Charles Wolfe in 1976. [more]
