Charles 'Chuck' Boehm, 81, of Pembroke Pines, FL, passed away peacefully at home with his family at his side on December 19. Born in Pittsburgh, PA in 1932, Chuck was a proud Korean War Army veteran who moved to Florida in 1964 and worked for Eastern Airlines until 1991. He then worked for the City of Pembroke Pines Recreation Department until he retired in 2001. Chuck is survived by his wife of 55 years, Patricia, sons Charles and James, daughter-in-law Elayne (Wallach) Boehm, brother Robert Boehm of Delmont, PA, 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2013 from 7:00pm - 9:00pm at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024 (PH: 954-989-1550). A memorial Mass to celebrate Chuck's life will be held at 11:00am on Monday, December 23, 2013 at Saint David Catholic Church, 3900 S. University Drive, Davie, FL 33328.
