Preceded in death by her father, Gerald Steinberg, step-father Donald "Hezzy" Kappus, mother Ruth Steinberg-Kappus, sisters, Barb, Diane, Kelly, her brother, Mike, sons Sean and Chad and her first husband, Gary Knutson. Loving wife and best friend of Billy. Loving mom of Suzie (Scott) Shay-Irby, Trisha Knutson and Christopher (John Kushik) Knutson. Cherished grandma of Samantha, Shandi, Brianna, Paige, Jared, Fiyona and Vernon. Dear sister of Pat, Mary, Janna, and Jim. Fond daughter-in-law of Dave and Glenda Meyers and sister-in-law of James Meyer. Phoebe will be dearly missed by many other relatives and friends.
