Nancy A. Spang, 61, Ashwaubenon, died Sunday, December 29, 2013 after a long battle with kidney cancer. She was born October 6, 1952 in Appleton to Wallace and Rose (Thomas) Fuhrmann. On September 9, 1978, she married Timothy J. Spang in Green Bay. Nancy cherished and loved her family very much. She was attending nursing school to become a medical assistant. She owned and operated Bradberry Corner for over 16 years and was very talented in doing crafts. She was involved with Habitat for Humanity and loved working with children. Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Timothy; her mother, Rose Fuhrmann of Cecil; a daughter, Karri Glisch of Green Bay; a son, Justin Spang of Cecil; and one brother, James (Lori) Fuhrmann. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren, other relatives and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Wallace; her son, Christopher and a son-in-law, Mike Glisch. Visitation will take place from 4 to 7 pm, Friday, January 3, 2014 at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue. al service at 4 pm with Rev. Lori Swenson officiating. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Appleton. A memorial fund has been established in Nancy's name.
