Thomas C. Newcomb MUSCATINE, Iowa--Thomas Charles Newcomb, 45, of Muscatine, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2013. Graveside Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 11, 2014, at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, 2014, at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Following the interment a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Community Room. Visitation will be from 1 until 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, 2014, at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Newcomb family for expenses and setting up an education fund for his children. Thomas was born on October 20, 1968, at Travis Air Force Base in California, the son of Thomas L. and Mary Stecher Newcomb. On March 30, 1990, Thomas was united in marriage to Tina Behm in Muscatine. He was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears and loved to collect football paraphernalia, watching NASCAR and spending time with his friends and family.
