Nidia E Garcia

Nidia Elizabeth Garcia was born on December 24, 1960 and passed away too early at the age of 53 on January 10, 2014. She is survived by her loving sons, Richard and Andrew as well as her mom, Nidia M. Garcia and siblings, Ramon, Miguel, Lorenzo, Anilda and Eddie. She was known as Betty amongst her family and adored by all. Betty lost her battle with cancer after fighting the disease for four years. Her strength was beyond words and we are incredibly thankful to her for fighting this illness and giving us the extra time that her strength provided us. We are also thankful to all of the doctors, nurses and staff who helped her every step of the way. In particular we will be forever grateful to Dr. Block, the main surgeon who saved her life four years ago in addition to giving Betty ongoing advice and friendship.
