Aida Gonzalez

Aida M. Gonzalez, age 79, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, went to be with the Lord surrounded by her family at her home on Sunday, January 19, 2014. Aida was born in Utuado, P.R. and lived on Elmer Street in Vineland for 34 years before moving to Pembroke Pines. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Pembroke Pines. Prior to retirement, Aida was employed at Progresso Foods in Vineland. She enjoyed going to church, praying, cooking, gardening, walking, watching Spanish language TV, and sharing time with family and friends, especially her children, grandchildren and great granddaughter. She is survived by her husband Ernesto Gonzalez, four daughters, Ivelisse Cuevas-Cabrera and her husband Nelson of Potomac Maryland, Danixia Cuevas-Gonzalez and her husband Tony of Pembroke Pines, Florida, Mildred Cuevas-Allen and her husband Mike of Vineland, NJ, and Oneida Cuevas of Rockville, Md.
