Raymond Paul Cadieux, passed away on January 19, 2014 at the age of 80. A native of Holyoke, MA and longtime resident of Hollywood, Florida, Ray was the beloved husband of the late Greta (Lanford) Cadieux. He is survived by his longtime companion Blanche (Sissy) Saunders of Hollywood, FL; brother Normand (Ron) Cadieux and wife Dottie of Holyoke, MA; and by his loving children, Laurie Padron and husband Alf of Plantation, FL; Karen Cadieux of Boynton Beach, FL; Kathy McArthur and husband John of Lake Forest, IL; Raymond Cadieux Jr. of Hollywood, FL; and was pre-deceased by daughter Linda Mustain. He is also survived by four of his five stepchildren, Agatha Lanford McTier, Richard Lanford, Philip Lanford and Scott Saunders, 25 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and a multitude of nieces, nephews and good friends.
A self-employed contractor throughout most of his life, Ray was a veteran of the Korean War, serving over seven years with the US Army. Ray was "a force to be reckoned with" and had a huge heart. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him.
