Elaine Louise (nee Tschida) Obitz Born June 23, 1963 - January 25, 2014 Loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law and friend. Passed away peacefully at home in North Branch surrounded by her loving family. Elaine is survived by her husband, Steve; son Nate (Sam & Faith); daughter, Kayla ; mother, Millie Tschida; sisters, Jean (Charlie) Pooch, Clara (Gary) Flaherty, and Lois (Scott) Moen; brothers, Bill (Vicki) Tschida, Don (Claire) Tschida, Alan (Michelle) Tschida; mother-in-law, Maxine Obitz; sisters-in-law, Kim (Bart) Morfitt, Maureen (Jeff) Farber, and Lori (Greg) Setley; 17 nieces & nephews, 15 great nieces & nephews; and many, many friends. Elaine was preceded in death by her father, Leo Tschida and father-in-law, Richard Obitz. A visitation to honor Elaine will be held from 4-8 PM Thursday, January 30th at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Dr. SW, Forest Lake. A Celebration of Elaine's Life will be held at 11 AM Friday, January 31st at Immanuel Church, 9511 West Broadway, Forest Lake. [more]
