Went home on January 26, 2014, at age 71. Loving husband of Maryann (nee Tolfa) for 36 years. Proud father of Pamela (Rob) Bullock and David (Tammy) Sramek. Grandfather of Brittany and Brett. Dear brother of Ronald "Sandman" (Laurie Auer) Sramek. Beloved brother-in-law of Nicolette (Russ) Mohns and John (Angie) Tolfa. Cherished uncle of Jessica, Brett, Mackenna and Hayden. Best friend of John (Gwen) Sauer and their children Michelle and Elizabeth. Special thanks to "The Group" who helped us realize our Hawaiian dream. Also loved by many other friends. Gary was a proud US Army veteran. He was a master carpenter who enjoyed his family, entertaining and music. Playing the accordion was his lifelong passion. Gary lived life to the fullest and brought joy to all! Memorial Gathering at the Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, on Saturday, February 1 at 5:00-6:45 PM. Memorial Service at 7:00 PM.
