Timothy Ray Edmondson

SPIRIT LAKE - Timothy R. Edmondson, 62, of Spirit Lake, formerly of Forest City, died Friday, January 31, 2014 at the Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake. A memorial visitation will be held from 5 to 7 P.M., Wednesday, February 5th at the Petersen Lund Funeral Home, 505 N. Clark St., in Forest City. Timothy Ray Edmondson, the son of Harold and Ila (Storey) Edmondson, was born July 19, 1951 in Forest City. He graduated from Forest City High School in 1969 and the University of Northern Iowa in 1971. Tim was a devoted son, loving brother and a caring friend. He had a lot of compassion and a good heart. Some of Tim's favorite pastimes were cheering on his L.A. Dodgers and Green Bay Packers, playing cribbage with his mom and eating her home cooked meals along with his sisters chocolate chip cookies, and golfing with his brothers. He had a great sense of humor. Tim was always fun to be around.
