James (JJ ) Aaron Johnson Sr. 3/02/1924 to 3/05/2014 ( 90 ) Went to heaven after a heart failure at the Tradition Medical Ctr. Port St. Lucie,Fl. Jim was born in Warrenville, S.C. and married his wife of 71 years Geneva (Jenny) in Feb. 1943.On his birthday that year he left to fight in WWII which started a 28 year career in the U.S Navy and included campaigns in Korea and Vietnam ending in as a charter member of the USS Enterprise and a Senior Master Chief (E9 ETC) .Jim took his military training and education and passed the Va. State Electrical Engineer exam and finished a career with the Civil Service as a GS13 becoming a world authority on radar systems and executing fleet wide changes and updates for the US Navy. He managed the Charleston AFB computer center and untangled traffic congestion as a traffic engineer for the City of Charleston, S.C. Jim loved Golf and became a S.C state champion, a 4 time hole in one achiever who went on to shoot his age many times at his home course of The CC of Miami.
