yed wood carving, fishing, their cabin in Minnesota, and cooking. Above all else, Ted enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, serving as an usher and on the church council. He also served as a Boy Scout leader. Ted was a wonderful caregiver for his in-laws and brother-in-law, Rich, for many years. Ted will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife, Alice, of Forest City, Daughter: Jill (Randy) Nedved of Garner and their children: Sara (Dan) Allen and son, Hudson, of Clear Lake, Keri (Gus) Byom and children Clay, Kailyn and Camren of Garner, Will Nedved of Los Angeles, CA, Kate (Brian) Irving and daughter, Quinn, of Oradell, NJ, Blake (Ashley) Nedved of West Des Moines; Daughter: Julie (Jon) Nordaas of Manchester, and their children: Lindsey Nordaas of Iowa City and Jake Nordaas of Des Moines; Son: Jeff (Deena) Lewison of Forest City, and their children: Zach Lewison of Mason City, Alec (Nicole) Lewison of Eielson AFB, AK, and Molly Lewison of Forest City; Sister: Helen (Bob) Peterson of Charles City; brother: Paul (Verna) Lewison of Anamosa; sister-in-law: Norma (Dennis) Hillesland of Spring Valley, MN, brother-in-law: Gus (JoAnn) Bartleson of Forest City, sister-in-law: Eunice (Mel) McCarthy of Kellogg and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents L.T. and Irene (Duea) Lewison, son, Jay, in 1981, father- and mother-in-law, George and Myrtle Bartleson and brother in-law, Richard Bartleson.
