Ronald Quincy Knight was born on May 31, 1947 in Newark, NJ to the parentage of Ms. Elizabeth Mary Brown and Mr. Quincy Knight. Ronald has one sibling Raymond C. Knight. Mr. Ronald Knight served in the U.S. Army, fought, was wounded, and survived the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged in 1968 with a Purple Heart. He returned home to his family and young son Eric Hand. Mr. Knight then met and married Barbara Hodson in the early 70's. The Knight family then relocated to Miami, Florida where he began his outstanding career in sales and marketing in the hotel industry. Ronald was a loving and devoted husband and father, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He was generous, thoughtful, and very peaceful man. His demise is truly a loss to those who knew and loved him. Most of his days were spent surrounded by his family and friends. Mr. Knight touched so many people in so many ways. He had a full and memorable life. Finally Allah quietly called his servant home on Tuesday, March 11, 2014. Fond Memories .....
