Veda Ruth Fagg

Veda Ruth Fagg, age 93 of Otley, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014, at Heritage Manor in Newton. Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Silent City Cemetery in Monroe. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be directed to Animal Rescue League and condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com. The daughter of Orndorph and Fern (Judy) Funkhouser, Ruth was born on April 20, 1920. On December 15, 1936, she was united in marriage to Fred W. Fagg in Indiana. Those left to honor her memory include two daughters, Gloria Wilborn of Crescent City, California and Lois Fagg of Whittier, California; two daughters-in-law, Bonnie Fagg of Colfax and Patricia Fagg of Monroe and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Joy Slaven and three brothers, Clyde Funkhouser, Clint Funkhouser, and Harlan Funkhouser. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, Fred, two sons, Ronald and Arvin Fagg; and siblings, Margaret, Glenny, Marie, Verlan Dale, Clayton, and Edwin. [more]
