William "Bill" L. Noble Jr.
BLUFF CITY, Tennessee -- William "Bill" L. Noble Jr., whoe had just turned 60 on May 10, died at Bristol Regional Hospital, in Bristol, Tennessee, after losing a battle with cancer. His sister, Beverly Patterson, was at his side.
Gathering will be held in his honor at 7 p.m. on June 6, 2014, at the Cambridge House, 250 Bellebrook Road, Bristol, TN 37620. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were made with the Cremation Society of Northeast Tennessee in Bluff City.
He was a resident of Bluff City, for the past seven years, and was born in Muscatine, Iowa.
Bill was a graduate of Tremper High School and a member of the swim team. He was active in the Boy Scouts, where his father was a troop leader.
He was employed by American Motors, Renault-Jeep, and Chrysler Jeep for 25 years.
He dedicated the last seven years of his life to caring for his parents, who are now at the Cambridge House, in Bristol.
Bill is survived by his parents, William and Jo Anne (Cyphers) Noble of Bristol, and by his sister, Beverly (Noble) Patterson, of Mason, Wisconsin. His cat, "Pretty Girl", brought great joy to him.
