Ellis Rowe

Mr. Ellis Rowe, 68, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday June 18, 2014 at Lutheran Community Home. Born September 15, 1945, in Arton, West Virginia, he is the son of Henderson and Frances Rowe. In October 30, 1972 in Virginia he married Claudine West who survives. Ellis was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed watching sports, fishing, shooting guns, and just being with his family. Besides his wife he is survived by his children: Wayne Rowe, Ginger Rowe, Timothy Rowe, Rhonda (Roger) Stratton, and Matthew (Jennifer) Rowe; and his grandchildren: Josh and Jacob Rowe, Kaitlynn Rowe and Emmett Stratton. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at Voss Chapel on Sunday June 22, 2014 at 3:30 PM with Rev. Paul Newman officiating. A graveside service will be held Monday June 23, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call at Voss Chapel on Sunday June 22, 2014 from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
