Lee S. Ertel

Mr. Lee S. Ertel, 63, of Seymour, passed away August 7, 2014, in Indianapolis, IN He was born on April 2, 1951, in Batesville, Indiana, the son of Stanley Louis and Martha Matilda (Hoff) Ertel. On December 17, 1999 in Brownstown, IN, he married Anna Sue Mullins. Lee had lived most of his life in Osgood, Indiana. He was a long time employee with Rose Acre Farms, his last job being; Organic Fertilizer Sales. He loved to operate heavy equipment, farming, working with tools, fishing and loved to give a good days work. He is survived by his wife, daughters: Lyda (Cory) Ritz, Lynde (Brian) Doup and Melissa "Missy" (Larry) Cummings, brothers: Keith (Dee) Ertel and Jim (Debbie) Ertel, sister: Linda Ertel and grandchildren: Courtney Cummings and other grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents. Funeral service will conducted at Voss Chapel on Monday August 11, 2014 at 1:00 PM with Brother Dennis Allman officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call at Voss Chapel Sunday August 10, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and after 11:00 AM on Monday August 11 prior to the service.
