Frances Elizabeth Neuleib, age 94, of Knoxville, formerly of Albia and Morengo died on Sunday evening October 26, 2014 at Westridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Knoxville. She was born on April 1, 1920 in Monroe Count, Iowa to Lloyd and Ruby (Rousseau) Boyer.    

She married Glen Dicks and they were blessed with two children, Gail and Robert. They lived in Albia during her younger years. She later moved to Morengo and married Harold Neuleib. She worked at the Morengo High School as the kitchen supervisor. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Morengo. She loved all animals, and truly enjoyed to travel.Â

She is survived by her daughter, Gail (Dennis) Connolly of Knoxville; sister, Helen (Tom) Jamison of Albia, five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Robert Dicks, brother in infancy, James Robert, brother, Clifford Glen; and sisters, Bernice Nowk, Marion Smith, and Betty Boyer.Â
