RAYMOND HUBBS MUSCATINE, Iowa - Raymond Wesley Hubbs, 61, of Muscatine, died on Monday, November 3, 2014, at his home. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2014, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2014, at the funeral home. Ray was born on August 29, 1953, in Muscatine, the son of Charles and Darlene Baur Hubbs. He married Sue Manatt on February 13, 1982. He had worked for HJ Heinz for several years, later in life worked for All-Steel. He was an avid Hawkeye football fan. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren, family, and close friends. Those left to honor his memory include his children, Matthew Hubbs and wife, Ashley, of Muscatine, and Holly Scott and husband, Dave, of Wilton; four grandchildren, Wesley and Nolan Scott, Griffin and Quinn Hubbs; one sister, Sue Stott and husband, Jerry, of Grandview; a nephew, Andrew Stott; a niece, Jennifer Stott; and five great nieces and nephews, Mason, Lydia, Harley, Addison, and Jaxen.
