Donna Jean Wegner

Stoughton - Donna Jean Wegner, age 73, passed away on Wednesday December 10, 2014 at Skaalen Nursing and Rehab. She was born on July 30, 1941 in Whitewater, Wisc, the daughter of Arnold and Lila (Sutherland) Christenson. Donna went to school in Jefferson and graduated from Jefferson High School. She was a longtime resident of Stoughton. She loved her job at Skaalen Nursing Home where she worked as an aide for many years. Mom was an avid reader and would read every day. Donna is survived by her children; son, Scott (Janis) Wegner, Kira (Scott) McMillan , Chris (Vicki) Wegner; many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Brent Wegner; daughter, Sarah Wolf; sister, Judy Schopen; brother, Leonard Christenson; and her former husband Richard Wegner. Visitation will be held at Skaalen Nursing Home Chapel, 400 N. Morris St, Stoughton, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 21, 2014.
