Dorothy Bernice Packard

Dorothy Bernice Packard, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Agrace HospiceCare. Dorothy was born on a farmstead in the town of Leeds, Wisconsin on May 11, 1923. She attended Poynette High School where she met her lifetime love, Lynn Packard. Lynn and Dorothy married in 1942 and spent sixty-nine years of marriage together. They had four sons; Larry, Gary, Tom and Robert. Dorothy and Lynn experienced a deep and loving relationship for all of those years. Since Lynn's passing, she especially enjoyed the company of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Lynn and her two sons, Larry and Gary. She is survived by her sons Tom and Robert (Diane), her daughter-in laws Ellen and Mardy, ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 9, 2015 at First Lutheran Church, 310 E Washington St., Stoughton. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services on Friday. Dorothy will be deeply missed by her friends and family. Goodbye dearest mother and grandmother.
