Born December 31, 1973. Passed away December 24, 2014. Age 40. Beloved son of Melinda Heltsley and the late D. David Campbell and step-son of Donn Heltsley. Grandson of Neil Campbell. Survived by aunts, uncles Michael, Patrick and Judy Campbell, Carol and Rick Anderson, Tom and Helen Arenz, Mike and Peggy Bullinger and Roger and Sherri Arenz. Step-brother of Matthew (Lisa) and Andrew (Charmel) Heltsley. Also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and good friends. Preceded in death by his father, Dave Campbell, grandmother Geri Campbell and grandparents Clyde and Allie Arenz and his aunt Beverly (Becky) Schuler.
