She enjoyed reading, playing bridge, the Hawkeyes, music, gardening and flowers. Ruth will be dearly missed by her four sons, Lamoyne G. Buser and wife, Janice, of Conesville, Loren E. Buser of Cedar Falls, Raymond A. Buser and wife, Sally, of Fairfax, and Dr. Boyd R. Buser and wife, Pamela, of Pikeville, Kentucky; three daughters, Beverly R. Nielsen and husband, Steve, of Columbus Junction, Sandra J. Schatzberg of Waterloo, and Susan J. Williams and husband, Rob, of Manson; a son-in-law, Dr. Brian Fulton of Cherokee; 22 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Jessie Vera James of Haines City, Florida. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one daughter, Charlene R. Fulton; and one brother, Donald Walker.
