Janice Evelyn Faler COLUMBUS JUNCTION, Iowa--Janice Evelyn Faler, 75, of Columbus Junction, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014, at her home. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2015, at the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction. Burial will take place in Indian Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. on Friday, January 2, 2015, at the funeral home. Janice was born on February 23, 1939, in Columbus Junction, the daughter of Wilbur H. and Evelyn L. Fullerton Long. On August 19, 1958, Janice was united in marriage to David R. Faler in Columbus Junction. Janice had worked for the Columbus Community School for 35 years and baked pies for the Four Corners Restaurant for 18 years. She was a member of the Columbus Junction United Presbyterian Church. Janice will be dearly missed by her children, Cynthia E. Faler, Julianne Patterson and husband, Malcom; Matthew W. Faler and wife, Edwina, and Nathan E.
