August Asher Schnabel, 3 months old, died December 27, 2014, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the Howard Street Christian Church with burial following at Colfax Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, for one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be directed to the family and left at the church on Wednesday or mailed to Coburn Funeral Home at 24 West Howard Street Colfax, Iowa 50054. Condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com. The son of Hayden Schnabel and Bonnie Lloyd, August was born on September 22, 2014, in Des Moines. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Jon Lloyd of Colfax, Thomas and Colette Schnabel of Colfax and Audrey Thompson of Georgia and aunts, Cheyenne Lloyd, Madison Ingram and Taylor McGruder.
