Died peacefully on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 with his family at his side. Age 77. Loving husband of Kay (nee Robinson) for 22 years. Caring father of Andrea (Dana) Kratz, Sharon (John) Heinz and Michael (Amy) Schanke. Proud grandfather of Jacob (Andrea) Kratz, Alissa (Rob) Contes, Bradley (Lauren) Schanke, Kelsey Schanke, Paige Schanke, Michael Heinz and the late Shelby Heinz. Great grandfather of Lexi and Luke Contes and Tyler and Makayla Kratz. Brother of Sandy Hanney and the late Dennis Schanke. Further survived by other relatives and many friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, on Sunday, January 4, from 1:00 PM-3:45 PM. A celebration of Thomas' life will follow at 4:00 PM. Private burial to take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
