Debra J. Bean COLUMBUS JUNCTION, Iowa--Debra Jo Bean, 53, of Columbus Junction, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2015, at Washington Hospital. Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2015, at the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction. Burial will take place in Columbus City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2015, at the funeral home. Family has requested for attendees to dress casually. Debra was born on June 14, 1961, in Conesville, the daughter of James and Doris Mitchel Forbes. On September 5, 1981, Debra was united in marriage to Donnie Bean in Columbus Junction. Debra worked at the University Hospitals, and Mercy Hospital for nine years and wrote articles for the Columbus Gazette.
