Lorena May Conn

Lorena May Conn, age 91 of Colfax, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015, at Heritage Manor in Newton. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 19, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at Coburn Funeral Home with burial following at Colfax Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Sunday from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Colfax Senior Citizen Center and condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com. The daughter of Jesse and Lillie (Good) Beard, Lorena was born on June 20, 1923 in Mingo. On August 17, 1942, she was united in marriage to Andy Conn in Lancaster, Missouri. Lorena worked on the farm, and at the Colfax Schools. She enjoyed fishing until she fell in the water, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
