He served happily as chief homework supervisor and master of financial affairs, living gratefully for every day as Ian's dad and Rebecca's partner. Doug was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife and beloved son, his mother, his brother, Brian (Tammie) Turley of Jefferson, WI, and his sister, Lorrie (Tom) Redfield of Merrillville, IN, as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI, with visitation from 5:00 pm until the time of service. A celebration of Doug's life, with snacks and beverages, will follow from 7:00-9:00 pm.
